This test is a self-assessment tool designed to evaluate signs and tendencies of depression. It is based on four categories: emotional state, physical symptoms, cognitive function, and behavioral patterns.
Evaluation Categories

Scoring Method
Each question is rated on a 4-point scale:

The total score (maximum 45 points) is used to assess the severity of depressive symptoms.
Diagnostic Criteria
The total score is classified as follows:
- 0-6 points: No or minimal symptoms
- 7-14 points: Mild depressive tendency
- 15-22 points: Moderate depressive tendency
- 23-30 points: Moderate to severe depressive tendency
- 31 points or more: Severe depressive symptoms
Emergency Response for Self-Harm Thoughts
If a score of 1 or more is recorded for questions related to self-harm thoughts, immediate consultation with a specialist is recommended, regardless of severity.

- No Symptoms: Regular self-checks are recommended.
