Academic Background Calculation

Academic Background Calculation is a free tool that allows you to easily calculate the academic background to be used in resumes and application forms for job hunting, job changes, and part-time jobs by entering your date of birth. You can easily create a list of your academic background by entering your date of birth and the number of years you were active, the number of years you were a repeat student, and the number of years you graduated for each academic background (elementary school, junior high school, high school, vocational school, university, graduate school).

How to use

  1. Enter your "date of birth".
  2. If you are not "enrolled in high school", enter the "years you spent studying abroad".
  3. If the "years to graduation" is not the number of years it took to graduate in general, enter the "years to graduation".
  4. A list of your educational background will be displayed automatically.
  5. You can download the displayed list of your educational background in text or CSV format.
