Jump Rope Calorie

Jump rope calorie burn calculation is a tool that allows you to easily calculate the number of calories burned by jumping rope by simply entering the "jump rope exercise time", "number of times jumped", "type of jump rope", "intensity" and "weight". If you know the type of jump rope and the number of times, you can calculate the "calories burned" and "amount of fat burned".

Calculating Using Jump Count Instead of Time
Time (h) = Jump Count ÷ Jump Speed (jumps/min) ÷ 60
Example: 500 jumps ÷ 100 jumps/min ÷ 60 ≈ 0.083 hours (≈5 minutes)

- Style: Double Unders
- Intensity: Fast (Factor 1.1)
- Jumps: 500
- Weight: 60kg
- Jump Speed: 100 jumps/min
Time (h) = 500 ÷ 100 ÷ 60 = 0.083 hours METs × Factor × Weight × Time → 12.5 × 1.1 × 60 × 0.083 ≈ 68.6 kcal
